Webinar platforms let you present to an audience online, answer questions and, if you choose, make an offer at the end. Some focus on live events. Others replay a recorded session on a schedule, which is usually called an automated or evergreen webinar.
This guide compares six webinar platforms used by coaches, course creators and small marketing teams. For each one you will find the type of webinar it supports, the entry price and the main limits. Prices were checked on each official website in October 2026.

Live or automated: the first decision with webinar platforms
A live webinar happens once, in real time. You can answer questions and adjust to the audience, but you have to be there. An automated webinar plays a recording at set times and handles registration, reminders and follow-up without you.
Many creators start live to refine the presentation, then turn the best session into an automated one. If you use a recording, tell attendees clearly that it is a replay. Presenting a recording as live can mislead people and may breach advertising rules.

The six webinar platforms in detail
WebinarJam
WebinarJam is a live webinar tool from Genesis Digital. The Starter plan is $49 per month, or $39 billed annually, and lists 100 attendees, 1 host and a 1-hour maximum duration. Basic, at $99 per month, raises that to 500 attendees, 2 hosts and 2 hours. Professional and Enterprise go up to 2,000 and 5,000 attendees. All plans list unlimited webinars, and a $1 trial runs for 14 days.
- Good fit if: you run live sales or training webinars and want plans sized by audience.
- Keep in mind: the Starter plan caps sessions at one hour.
EverWebinar
EverWebinar, also from Genesis Digital, turns a recorded presentation into an automated webinar that can run around the clock, in the company’s words. It handles registration, scheduling, reminders and follow-up. Pricing is $199 per month, $1,188 for a year or $1,896 for two years. The page lists a $1 trial for 14 days and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
- Good fit if: you already have a webinar that works and want it to run on a schedule.
- Keep in mind: it is built for recordings, so pair it with a live tool if you also present in real time.
Demio
Demio is a browser-based webinar tool aimed at marketing teams. The Starter plan is $63 per month, or $45 billed annually, for a single host with a 50-attendee room and a 3-hour session limit. Automated and on-demand webinars are listed on the Growth and Premium plans, not on Starter. The free trial includes Growth features and is limited to 20 attendees and 1 hour.
- Good fit if: you want a simple live experience with no software for attendees to install.
- Keep in mind: the Starter room holds 50 people, so larger events need a higher plan.
Systeme.io
Systeme.io includes an automated webinar feature on its Webinar plan at $47 per month, alongside funnels, email and courses. The free and Startup plans do not include it.
- Good fit if: you want an evergreen webinar as one step of a funnel you already build in Systeme.io.
- Keep in mind: it is a funnel platform with a webinar feature, not a dedicated live webinar room.
GetResponse
GetResponse adds webinars to its email marketing platform. The feature page describes unlimited webinars, room for up to 1,000 live attendees, on-demand webinars and up to 20 hours of recording storage. The page does not say which plan includes webinars, so confirm on the pricing page before you buy.
- Good fit if: you want registration, reminders and follow-up emails in the same tool as the webinar.
- Keep in mind: webinar access depends on the plan, and entry plans may not include it.
Zoom Webinars
Zoom Webinars is the event product from the company behind Zoom meetings. Zoom says it can support up to 100,000 attendees, with chat, reactions, polls and Q&A. Pricing was not shown on the product page we checked.
- Good fit if: your audience already uses Zoom, or you run large events.
- Keep in mind: it is a presentation tool first, so sales features such as timed offers are not its focus.
What webinar platforms cost over 12 months
The table below shows a full year on each entry plan, on monthly billing and on annual billing. The gap between the two is large for some webinar platforms, so check both before you sign up.
| Platform and plan | 12 months, billed monthly | 12 months, billed annually |
|---|---|---|
| Systeme.io Webinar | $564 | Two months free on annual billing |
| WebinarJam Starter | $588 | $468 |
| Demio Starter | $756 | $540 |
| EverWebinar | $2,388 | $1,188 |
Annual billing is cheaper, but it only pays off if you keep running webinars. If you are testing the format, monthly billing on one of the lower-priced webinar platforms limits your risk, and you can switch to a yearly plan once the sessions prove useful.
A simple checklist for your first webinar
- Before: write one clear promise for the session, set up the registration page and schedule two reminder emails.
- During: start on time, state how long it will last and leave time for questions.
- After: send the replay, answer open questions by email and note what you would change.
- If you make an offer: state the price and terms plainly, and avoid countdowns or scarcity that is not real.
Common mistakes when choosing webinar platforms
- Buying for a huge audience. Most first webinars are small. Start with a room size you can fill.
- Overlooking session limits. A one-hour cap can cut off your questions segment.
- Paying for automation too early. Refine the presentation live before you record the evergreen version.
- Forgetting follow-up. Many webinar platforms rely on your email tool for reminders and replays, so check the integration.
How to choose between webinar platforms
- Decide live, automated or both. That removes half the options straight away.
- Estimate attendance. Plans are priced by room size, so base your choice on realistic numbers.
- Check session length. Entry plans can limit a webinar to one hour.
- Look at what happens after. Replays, follow-up emails and integrations matter as much as the live room.
- Run a private test. Present to two or three people before you invite your list.
